A retail store carries a standard inventory, and that's all they can offer you. Whenever you buy from a retail outlet, you are always buying 'off the rack'. Here at TOTR, custom tailoring is our only business. That's why we can create for you, fully custom made shirts, suits and slacks in the exact style and fabric of your choice. In addition, we offer you these premium features at no extra charge. Even if you were to the department stores and get their tailored suits from brand name designers or prices offered are way more affordable. I guarantee you as a client, that we offer more for the same dollar value spent at major department stores.

Certainly! If you have ten or more people interested in custom tailored suits, we will be happy to make the arrangements.

Can I order fabric swatches?
Swatches of our fabrics are available for those who would like to see the actual material and color before placing an order. Each set of between 120 to 150 different fabric and color choices is available for ordering and cost only USD 25 - or USD 70 - . Please bear in mind that it can take anywhere between 4 days up to 3 weeks for the swatches to be delivered depending on the immediate availability of the sets or if new sets are being constructed. Since preparing the swatches is a very labor intensive project, it may take longer than our regular turnaround time. The set contains several basic fabric and color choices available online and offline for Suits, Jackets and Blazers, Trousers and Shirts that is in stock in our inventory.
Do you share your customer list with other companies?
We never have, and we never will. We respect and value your privacy.
Do I have to get re-measured every time I pick something out?
Not at all! Once we have your measurements on file, re-orders are a click of a button away either online or via email. If you want something new, all you have to do is select the cloth and styles.
Does TOTR make to measure with my cloth?
If you would like us to make clothing to measure with your cloth, this too is possible. You would need to ship the cloth to us along with the style details and measurements information for custom clothing in your own cloth. Please contact us for more information.
What about big and tall sizes?
Do we charge extra for large sizes? NO, NEVER! The prices you see here are the prices for everyone, regardless of how big or tall he/she may be. Please email us for details!
Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit of a favorite shirt presently in my wardrobe?
Absolutely! Just send us your shirt with your order. We'll be glad to incorporate any changes you might want, and then return the shirt you sent with your new TOTR shirts.
Will my shirt tails be long enough?
We would never skimp here. Your shirt tails will be based upon your height and weight, and then designed to your complete satisfaction.
When I place my order, can I choose different styles? Is it possible to request different collars, cuffs, pockets or other unique features on my shirts?

Does TOTR customize to any style?
If you would like us to custom make garments to styles not displayed or available at our website, we can do this if the image file or a link to an online image is emailed to us along with the order or before placing the order for our confirmation and further instructions. Should you like to send us an image file, Kindly do so using JPEG formats and please keep the file as small as possible.
Can I order white collars and/or cuffs?
Yes. At no extra charge, of course.
Do I need to worry about shrinkage?
No, all our fabrics are pre-shrunk. Although there is always a residual shrinkage of 2 - 3%, we allow for this shrinkage when we custom make your shirts.
Will my shirt tails be long enough?
Your shirt tails will be based upon on your height and weight, then designed to your complete satisfaction.
Can I use different fabrics?
Of course! You may choose any fabric we offer. We stock well over 2000 shirting's, all of which come with high thread count for rich texture and feel. Then, if you don't find the exact fabric you're looking for, simply send us an e-mail with the description, or send us a photograph from a catalog or magazine. We'll try to find the perfect match for you (and can even send you a swatch!)
What is the Turnaround Time at TOTR?
It takes 10 - 14 working days to complete an order provided all the information required has been provided and 3 - 4 working days for transit.
What are the shipping and handling charges?
The cost of shipping and handling is based on weight of the order and your location. All shipping is done express for customer's convenience.
Can I order fabric swatches?
Swatches of our fabrics are available for those who would like to see the actual material and colour before placing an order.
